HTML to PHP template conversion

Hello,

I need a one page HTML template to be turned into a PHP template which will perform the following functions.

The HTML template page can be viewed at http://www.arizonapersonalinjuryattorney.com

The template is designed to LOOK like a full page in a 17� or 19� monitor providing you do NOT have a lot of toolbars loaded at the top of your browser. That is the reason for the maroon color �break� in the table.

This template will ultimately be for article pages.

1. I need the template to break the text of each article into two parts so that the top half of the template (before the break) does NOT ever change in height.

Figure between 15-18 lines depending on how the html to php conversion comes out.

2. I need the bottom half of the template to Grow or Shrink VERTICALLY (PHP format) depending on the length of the article and text/link bar.

3. I need a link navigation text/link bar to go into the bottom half of the template on the left side of the page (Left side bar) with the brown box. This will also need to grow or shrink with the page in case this text/link box happens to be longer than the article text.

This link/text bar will be a separate PHP file so that when I change the content of that link/text bar file, it will CHANGE and update the content for every page of the website where that bar is found.

More specifically, I will have 50 categories split into folders. So imagine this.

I will be modifying the text/link bar for each category.

The images are size sensitive. There are only only 12 image slots.

4. I want the link/box file to have a subscribe to RSS feed in each of my categories. The RSS feed for each �category� should pull the article� content from the category dynamically.

5. I need to be able to turn the feed �off and on� at will. I won�t be turning it ON as an option until I can verify that my content has been permanently indexed by the SERPS. (possibly two months later)

6. I need a program or script that WILL take a folder of articles (in text format) and create the web pages for me. The format of the article files (text format) will be like this:

Title

Paragraph1

Paragraph 2

Paragraph 3 an so on

7. I further need this script to Title each of the web pages that are created using the title of the article that it pulled its content from.

8. I also want the tiltle of each article to be put into the header and footer graphic of each page as an ALT TAG.

9. I want the meta to be also filled properly. The title naturally, the description will be the first two sentences of the second paragraph. The keywords will be the title, and the first sentence of the third paragraph.

I do NOT want any content=description crap. ©

10. I need a DYNAMIC snippet code to be created which will randomly ( no weak RNG�s ) put a snippet to another article every two paragraphs. It will NOT be inserted anywhere in the text of the top part of the template. Snippet insertion will only occur on the bottom half of the template page.

The snippets will occur no more at the rate of 3-7 per page and will be enclosed in a black border. The snippets will vary in length between 70-200 characters. The snippet hyperlink will be the Title of the article which is enclosed in the snippet box. It will read Title (linked) and then 70-200 characters of the beginning of the article.
