I need an original quiz script. I have searched existing scripts and nothing seems to fit my needs.

It's a simple test for English learners of foreign languages. They are all Japanese so there can't be ANY extra English on the page. I already have a quiz script they use that is written in ColdFusion/MySQL, but I want it in PHP/MySQL. Therefore I want it to look exactly like the other. I'll provide the template, but don't worry about that it's a minor detail.

I will also provide the DB structure since I already have a bazillion questions in it. The first phase will be a simple practice area with no statistics kept or major scoring issues.

In a nutshell:

Users click one a several links that takes them to the quiz.
The links come from a table in the DB, they are types of quizzes available.
The quiz page has one question with 4 answers.
The questions are pulled randomly based on quiz type.
The answers are pulled and the order is random.
Users click a radio button answer, then submit and it goes to the answer page.
The answer is shown and an explanation is given.
On the answer page, there is a back button and a menu button.
Back goes to the test again (same quiz topic).
Menu goes to the menu with a list of all the possible tests.
No login is needed for this first part.

It would be super-magically-wonderful if the DB and page could display Japanese text.

I will supply the simple template and samples of the DB.

For this first part, I'd like to pay about $50 USD because I've almost done it myself and I know it's not terribly difficult, but I spend more time on simple things than it's worth. Plus I've already created all the DBs and have done this already in ColdFusion. This is more of a 'drill' practice where they pick a topic and just keep doing questions about the same topic.

Part two, which will be later would be a bit more and involve a scoring system, statistics, number of times a test was taken and which test, possibly a login system.

Part three will be more and involve much more on the statistics side and more for the user, such as not showing the same questions twice and remembering what the user passed or missed.

Don't worry about the Japanese part if you are unable to do that. I have found a way to use unicode and that seems to work. If you happen to have a specialty in PHP-MySQL with Japanese text, then great, but if not, don't worry.

My main concern is a solid base that randomly pulls questions and utilizes PHP & MySQL's speed and stability.
