Description
I want to create a fantasy basketball website.

It needs to do everything from collecting and calculating stats to being able to create multiple leagues.

It should have both the front-end interface where users can sign up and the admin interface to control everything.

Also I would like to add the feature of having leagues with a entry fee and prize.

Users will register to the site, and apply to captain a team e.g. LA LAKERS.

Once they apply, Admin is notified, and then admin decides if the person aplying can be captain or not.

Once they are selected as captain, they then have a new screen which is visible to them "The LA Lakers Captains Desk"

From there they can see there team, and badge etc...

They then look to sign other members to there team, they send a contract to other members which can then be accepted or denied.

Once accepted they are then added to the roster with there selected position next to there name.

Once all teams are filled, fixtures are put up by admin which teams then play on xbox live.

Once played they go to the website and fill in the score sheet.

Once BOTH teams have filled in the correct MATCHING scores, the league table is updated automatically accordingly.

If one team has not submitted there result by the time the next fixtures go up, then the team that did, gets the win regardless if they actually won or not.

Stats are also reported and updated and viewable to all the website.

Transfers between teams can happen also and this feature is available to all and one both managers agree a transfer for a player the player is automatically swapped to the appropriate team.

I also want to be able to edit the look of the site in dreamweaver, without effecting any of the coding.
