I have the need for a very simple PHP project. The structure of the pages are done, I just need all the PHP code and the mySQL tables created to plug in the back.

I will explain the functionality that I require. Here is the user flow:

Step 1: There are several form fields on the home page. End-user will fill in the values requested, as well as choosing a "report template" from a dropdown field. These will go into an "Orders" table. He will then hit a "Preview & Print" button. At this point, validation needs to be done to check if the user is logged in. If the user is not logged in, the "new user registration" questionaire will pop up and will prompt them to answer a few common questions that will be stored in a "customer" table. "Report Template" is just a field with approximatly 6000 characters of text.

Step2: In this preview page you will see data that you entered, embededed in a the template that the user chose.(PDF) There needs to be a print and email button on this preview form. Pressing the print button will print to PDF. Pressing the email button should bring up a a webmail form so report can be sent via email to someone. **Note: They should never see this second page if they are not logged in.

The challange here is to be able to take the data captured in the initial form fields, and should have the unique ability to be able to place tags that represent this data, any place we need to in the template message that is stored in a field in the "orders" table.

Ex: So, I would like to be able to just go into the table, and add any place in the "report template", and it should appear in that same location of the document, in the print preview and subsequent print..

There is a bit more but detail, but it is all relativly simple. Just 3 or 4 basic tables. User validation. Export to on screen PDF. Print functionality. Embed data into reports 'in-line' using field tags.
