Description
We are looking for an application developer who can create the following software package to run in Windows 32 environment:

1) Virtual PDF-printer driver to print documents directly from any Windows application and generate a PDF document.

2) In the process of PDF creation or from the generated PDF document we need to extract text. The particular text area consists of multiple lines and contains characters and numbers of the roman alphabet plus special characters such as umlauts of the German alphabet. The position of the text area can slightly vary however.

3) Let the user check and - if necessary - correct the automatically extracted data in a dialog prompt.

4) [Optional:] Code the extracted data into a barcode or beetag and add it to a specific location in the pdf document.

5) Send the PDF Document to our DMS (KnowledgeTree). The API of this interface is well-documented available online. The previously extracted data should be added as meta data to the uploaded document.

The application should be started when windows starts and be constantly running in the system tray to easily access certain features of the software.

The application must:
a) provide a log of application actions
b) provide a configuration window to set the login details for the DMS and some minor options

The graphic design of the application such as form layouts, icons and other graphic elements will be provided by us so that you can fully focus on the technical aspect.
