Hi Max,
Hope you are fine!
I would like to have a new feature in the PartyOrder Software;
I want that costumer can import a list with all items sold (a text file csv, as "Ref;Qty").
- The program should search the reference in the database and compare the Qty field with the corresponding Sale Unit (PU1...) of the product.
- If the Qty is higher than the Sale Unit the product is added on order list with the next smaller Sale Unit and the rest of quantity is reported in a waiting list.
- If the Qty is smaller than the Sale Unit, the line is reported in the waiting list.
- If the Ref is unknown, the line in reported on a simple text file which will be displayed.
- At the next import of a new list of sold items, each item will first search in the waiting list for any "open" quantity, if yes, add it to the saled quantity. And so on...
The idea is, that the user imports regulary the saled items and the programm orders the items when the hole unit quantity is sold.
It should be a quiet easy thing to code this, I hope so. The budget could be USD 300.-- ?!
