1. the first part will be a zip code Search to make sure we can install in that area. So we will have a list of Zip codes which we will accept added from the admin using CMS.
2. after excepted zip code is entered, there will be 2 layout or ways of ordering...
a. Need to order 'Audio Equipment" Car Stereo
i. Will then show them products to choose and will then check the items wanted.
ii, Then they are sent to the Order Form with the Terms and Agreement.
iii. They Choose there Car, Make and Model and Year.
iiii. The price will appear for the install. (The pricing for the parts) + installation cost.
iv. Paypal charge of 30% of the installation “Labor” and the complete cost of the parts and equipment. **No TAX on LABOR** Only the parts and equipment!
v. After installation, we will charge the remaining balance of the Labor costs.
**Note: All customers must have Address Phone number **
b. Already Have your Stereo...
i. will be sent to the order form where they will need to write the equipment they want installed.
iii. They Choose there Car, Make and Model and Year.
iv. The price will appear for the install. . (The pricing for the parts) + Labor cost.
v. They will have to click the box “Already have the wiring Harness and kit (if needed). If they click on this, the “parts for installation will not be charged.”
v. Paypal charge of 30% of the installation “Labor” and the complete cost of the parts and equipment. Tax is only added to the parts and equipment*** No TAX on Labor!
vi. After installation, we will charge the remaining balance of the Labor costs.

Add and Edit Pricing on Certain Vehicles.(These Vehicles will have a higher cost on Parts and Labor**
Appointment Add delete days allowed for installations.
**Note: All other Vehicles not on database will have one Set Price for parts and Labor.**
The invoices must be sent to our emails and must be in detail as an invoice.
We will need to have the Terms & Agreement on the order forms and must have the “I agree” check box for our Terms. Also the Terms & Agreement Page.
We will need to also State : Installation Date and Time will be Verified after Purchase. 3-5 Days from Purchase. We will call you to Verify Date and Time.
This should be on the Footer and Terms and every page.
