Description
I have about 8 .asp mail forms (See sample nda.asp form, attached) on www.dirtcheappatents.com and www.quickpatents.com that I\'d like to optimize as follows:
1. Maintain verification functionality
2. Return a single-page nicely formatted email form to me with the fields nicely arranged so that the field contents are consistent across all forms and so that the information is easy to read with a quick glance (currently the form is just a list of the field contents that is very confusing to read). A style sheet, template, or some such functionality would be nice to have for this so that I can change the appearance of this form quickly.
3. Return a nicely-formatted email to the submitter of the form, with a particular return message at the top for each form, and a copy of what they submitted below the message. Again, a style sheet or template approach is best for this so that I can quickly update the look & feel of the return email.
4. {optional, or phase 2, quote separately} On two forms in particular, where the submitter has sent in a form with their name, address, and an invention title, I\'d like to populate a Non-disclosure form with that information and return it to the submitter upon my approval by email. So, for example, if a submitter submits the form, I\'d get an email with the pertitent information displayed and a link or button with which to either approve or deny the request. If approved, a .pdf file is generated (with the pertitent information from the submitter entered into the appropriate places on the .pdf form, and my signature and date also included). If not approved, the request is just ignored (and I can manually email them an explanation as to why their request for an NDA was not approved). I would get a copy of the completed NDA sent to the submitter. See sample nda.pdf attached.
