i need a slightly better online store then qqestore.com in terms of functionality and design.

a design like http://demo.algozone.com/oscommerce/OS03C8897TM/ will be good

coding and design from scratch using php and mysql
. required to show lots of items in the frontpage yet doesn't look too cluttered. (see qqestore.com on the frontpage)
. good use of simple GIF animations in the frontpage
. must have an administration page to fully control add/removes/edit products, services, pricing and other options
