We need an online database for doing bookings for a small eco-resort. So far we are doing bookings in an excel file and the structure of the database should be the same. The excel is attached.

We need an online database for doing bookings for a small eco-resort. So far we are doing bookings in an excel file and the structure of the database should be the same.
The present system:
The logics of the Excel are:
Page 1: Each line is a date and each column is a room number. Horizontal there are 15 rooms plus a waiting list of further 15 rooms. Each colored cell with a name in it represents a room booked. Empty cells represents vacant rooms. Please notice that rooms are number specific, if someone books room 5 they cannot use room 4.
Page 2: Contains further details of the booking which cannot be fit into page 1.
In Col A you find the name of the booking agent. Here we would need a user management tool to define agents.
In column B you see our booking number. Messy at the present, this number should be chronologically assigned by the system.
Column C contains the agent own ref, which they often send along when booking and we need to keep for future reference. This way there are two references.
Col. D is the date the booking is placed and E refers to the name of the person booking for future reference.
Col. F & G are check in & out dates. Check out is the date of the morning people actually leave, not the last night they stay.
Col. H. indicates whether a booking is active or cancelled. The third word, “Done” means that the booking executed and passed.
I, J & K are meals pre-booked.
L, M, N & O states number and type of room. This is what needs to be listed and printed with room numbers on a daily basis for the staff to convert beds.
P is the contact details of the booker. We need to be able to register more different details, phone numbers, email addresses here.
Q is a fields for remarks.
Page 3: The third page, Sign Ups, is basically rooming lists with names and other relevant personal data along with Agent, Booking number which links the data to Page 2.
What we need is to have this converted to an online database accessible with a password. This needs to be done in 2 phases:
The desired system:
The database should be built in the following phases. We want to finalize phase 1 and 2 before deciding on phase 3. It should be built in ASP.NET and MySQL as the coder find suitable.
Phase 1:
System must be accessible only to master users, who possess unique passwords and can access, see, change and delete data. All staff members must be able to access data from different places at the same time. Here the risk of over bookings must be considered, and perhaps it would make sense to block other users from changing data if one user is already at it. Data should be filled in through an-easy-to-use-fool-proof-form.
We need reports with a similar look as the Excel, especially the first page which provides a very clear overview of the booking situation. We also need to get reports that shortlist booking by agent, by date etc. as we now do with Auto Filter in Excel. We also need reports on occupancy rates. A daily list of types of rooms (twin/double/single/extra beds) by room number is essential as the beds needs to be converted to fit the need of the guest.
Any suggestion of other reports are welcome.
Phase 2:
System must be expanded so that external users with a password can place, change and delete their own bookings. They must be able to see their own bookings only, master users only can see all bookings.
At this phase we also need a financial report, with an account for all users. Their account should be automatically credited when a booking is placed and automatically debited when a booking is cancelled. When payment is received we debit the account ourselves. We also need to be able to alter accounts manually as we sometimes provide discounts or charge extra.
Phase 3:
The general public must be able to place bookings using a credit or debit card.
