Description
We are looking for a company to make a complete online courier management system. We can afford up to 5000 USD - 7500 USD (maximum- if exceed reason). You must specify how many people will work and how many days it will take. The project must be complete within 2 months. We are looking for 2 months support also. Modification we will ready to pay extra. But we need best solution as possible. We have centralized server. We need the following modules
Order & dispatch, Customer Information’s, Driver management, Billing & A/R, Accounting reports, etc...
We are more preferring a company already made the project. Other companies/ Freelancers also prefer if you can give better solution.
Kindly contact us with your proposal and offer before 10 June. before award the project we will conduct one evaluation process with selected candidates. If everything ok we want to start the project on 16th June.
Project Payment will be in 5 schedules phases.
Payment terms
25% after 2nd phase
30% after 4th Phase
30% after Implementation
15% Security Fund (After 2 months- Project completion)
Selection Process
30% Company Standard, Support, Past experience
30% Timely communication
20% Project Plan & documentation (documentation need before project acceptance)
20% Cost
Note: We are looking for companies. If a feelancer with same kind of experience can apply. Freelancer should give reference before awarding the project.
