hello,

i need this:

a online tool to record voice, all the voice streams have to save to a
server (maybe you can recommend one)

after recording the voice stream, the stream can be played on every website,
only integrate the picture of the logo.

flash format would be the best i guess

the player must be work on different websites:
for example:
website A - player is at the text, every user see the player (logo, picture) and can
go with maybe mouseover or click on the logo, then the player opens... if there
ist actually a stream saved then you can click play and listen to, or if there s no
stream saved then you can click the reord button and record your voice...

all saved voice streams must have an "ID", so that is be sure that every stream
will played on the right website...

the server must be able to play/record a couple of streams at the same time.

www.dicflics.com - www.dicflic.com - are the websites where you can
find then all of the thousand of dicflics we will create on different
websites.. but thats not the part of this programming..

only the technical function to record and play the voice stream ONLINE !
