Description
I need somebody to create a layout for one page website according to a picture that i already have.

Requirements:
1- flash header "simple one, moving sky at the background + the company's logo on top of it + one picture on the left side (this picture should be changed dynamically every day)"

2- each part of the layout should be in a separate file, for example: header, footer, menu, body content, ... etc. Each one of those should be included from a different file so if I needed to do modifications later i will only do it in the corresponding file.
