Description
I need a web designer and programmer to create a site for a carpets and blinds company. Content is avaliable, the site needs a more attractive and professional design, the owner wants to keep all of the flash in the site.

Colors to work with are royal blue and white, logo design is needed, pop-up menus are a must (on mouse over button and must be interactive - preferably on the right hand side and top)and an attractive bussiness look. All I could really use is a template that contains all of the above specs but I would like to see what else can be done with the rest, it is easy project in a way.

I also need help from a web programmer to make a form submit via email, once the form is submitted, the user would get a thank you page with basic information that has been submitted from which he/she can go to other pages.
