Description
I need a never-been-built before program. A new inovative crazy program that have never existed in the world we live yet. For example, build me a time machine program that can transport me to another place. Get the idea?

The program must include a serial key. The winner that I have chosen in this project will be my future programmer for all my windows request.

This program should not be a game, should be something useful for internet users, businesses, or enterpreneurs. I do not have a budget in place. Feel free to throw me your craziest ideas. But make sure you can actually BUILD it.
