Description
The scanner will let me add IP ranges to scan and ports to scan.

It should be able to scan for HTTP proxy , Socks proxy (whichever I choose) or both at the same time .

1) check for socks routine - it needs to check if the port is open and check if the socks works .
2) check for http proxy routine - if it opens yahoo.com threw this http proxy then its a good proxy .
3) write all good results in a text file ( ip:port format )
4) the good proxy results that are in the text file will be checked every 5 min or so to clean bad proxies .


* The program should be crash free. Meaning it should be able to go 24 hours without crashing.

* Should support multiple threads

*Must Run On lunix via comand line

Multi-threaded scanning for proxies can all be done right in the way you wrote. Development will take up to 10 days, after which there will be testing to verify that it does not crash in various situations (connection loss, remote host down, routing failures etc.).
