Description
We are a web development company and we would like to try to find talented freelancer to make our new web design. We start to redesign our website but we thought hey let's try to see if somebody has a cool idea and good skills to do something bright for us.
We have some websites we like and also our website, but we want something new ingenious in flash I think, I mean it depends it can be in any type if it is very attractive and bright cool idea.

this won't be a regular bid, all those who want to participate and to make the design for us, will need to design and to present it (preview) and THE BEST DESIGN will win and get the payment for it SO WE WON'T pay upfront we won't select a provider, we will decide witch one is gonna be our provider after we see all the samples of the bidders and after that we will decide who won and will receive payment from us. if you do not agree please don't bid
SECOND as we are going to pay for the design YOU WILL Loose any rights on the design and all the files and you won't be able to use that design anymore or give it to somebody else... that will become property of NCD and we will need to sign an agreement with you. Again if you don't agree please don't bid.

Aside from aesthetics, the design piece in question needs to be effective in communicating the intended message to the proper audience. In other words, a design piece must not only look great, but it should possess the right attributes to make it easily marketable to potential clients or customers.
30 Points - Practicality
There is such a thing as over-designing! Often small details that lend themselves to the success of a designed piece are left out of the overall equation, rendering the designed piece almost useless. Are graphic-heavy design elements drowning the marketing message? Are load times alienating more than half of your web visitors, or your brochure type so tiny that most people don't have a choice but to toss it away?
Ethics
Ethics are a set of values by which the graphic design industry needs to abide by, in order to become successful and viable.
Below is a list of unethical practices which may eliminate a design from competition altogether:
Copy or duplicate another person's work.
Engage in speculative work.
Use pre-made templates.
Work with clients who devalue the design industry.
Violate international copyright laws (e.g. stock photography, etc.)
