Description
Basic: To integrate MYOB into my online system.
Customers When a new customer is created in MYOB, a web account is created automatically. Customers login using their web user account (secure username & password) Web user accounts are linked to their MYOB customer card (unlimited user accounts) Customers view their Live up-to-the-minute product pricing.(e.g. MYOB Price Level B) Online prices reflect volume discounts & customer discounts within MYOB. Customers view Live up-to-the-minute stock levels. (can be switched off). User information, delivery address(s) payment options are pre-populated at checkout. Web orders are posted against the web users' MYOB customer card. Customers receive automatic notification of each order via Email and/or SMS. Customers can configure their own product favourites and repeat order templates. Customers can view their current account, past invoices, credits & payments (live from MYOB).
Web Orders Web orders are posted LIVE into MYOB. Administrator receives automatic notification of each order via SMS / Email. Each item in an aged shopping basket is re-verified with MYOB, so no wrong orders. Online Store has a resubmit facility if your system is offline. Your web order information is backed up every night to our secure data centre servers.
Inventory Management Your Online Store inventory is automatically updated to reflect your MYOB inventory. Maintain your Online product category tree in a MYOB custom list. Your Online category tree is automatically updated to reflect your MYOB category tree. Show stock indicators on the web rather than actual number in stock. Add extra product fields and information to your Online inventory. Add unlimited number of pictures and attachments to your Online inventory. Use a custom field in MYOB to disable products from showing on the web. Configure trading rules for customer groups in MYOB (minimum order, freight charges & inventory view permissions).
The software continues to operate if your MYOB server is Offline. This means that if your internet connectivity or server becomes disconnected, your Online Store will automatically switch to offline mode and continue to function normally. When your internet is back up, the Online Store will switch back to Online mode and resume live communications.
