Hello,
I'm looking for someone to do a quick setup for me using PHP and tags to for an html website. The website will play music I will upload with tags. The user will select from a series of drop down menus, 5 to be exact.
1) Genre
2) Instrument
3) Sounds Like
4) Tempo
5) Keyword

After they have made their selection they can click a submit button and the search function will yeild their results. Next to each result will be a flash button that will stream the music via mp3 when you click it.

I would like to be able to upload into the menus via an administrator area. For example, a music file that I upload will have the genre>rock, instrument>electric guitar, sounds like>nirvana, tempo>fast, keyword>90s rock.

I'm not looking for any graphics work, as I will provide it all. I'm only looking for a working php extention to my current site which has no php scripts on it at all.

Please quote me two quotes, one with the description I mentioned, and one with the following addition:

A unique login for others that will be given access to the site extention, where they will fill in the parameters, "name, email, phone number, address, company, and project type". This will give me information on everyone that is interested in my services, make sure only serious prospects are able to access the site extention.
