Description
I have a project for a kitchen manufacturer:

1. The user needs to be approved by admin before account set up on site. So a password protected log in is required but with higher security than normal. Once that user is approved (via admin panel) we don't want them using this system anywhere but their own computer, we don't want them giving just the password out for others to view and take our work (please suggest a solution for this, maybe to involve SMS (i can provide a SMS API) or any other suggestions, is there an IP based log in system?).

2. The user is approved and has logged into the system to select kitchen modules in a lay out similar to eg. http://www.mibar.com.au/demo.htm the price for these modules is calculated at every step until final total is achieved.

3. The order is then posted on the users area and the admins area with email notifications to both or a url to the listing/order.

4. Admin has the ability from admin panel to contact the users and mark the projects as received, commenced, delivered etc.

5. Once job has been marked as delivered and job shipped to user the user then has the choice to mark as received and close the order/job or proceed to a maintenance report where they can lodge a damaged item request etc.

6. Once the the item is accepted and marked as closed by user it is then not deemed as closed until the admin marks as paid/ closed in which case it still sits in the users profile for reference by user and admin.

7. This system needs to easy to use with automatic features and easy communications between admin and user ( maybe a java plug in would work with live chat?)

8. We will provide all the images, pricing structure and any front end design. We will be involved with every step making sure that this project evolves correctly.
