Description
A Complete Mobile Marketing website for Push & Pull Mobile Marketing. API's will be provided by cellular operators for us to send messages to different countries. Mainly - India, USA & UK. First we start with India platform and keep in mind scope of the project to deliver to US & UK as well.
The website needs to be a stand alone web application. The user console will have features like - Compose SMS with Scheduling, Sent Message history with archiving, Managing Contacts (name, mobile numbers with ISD codes, Email addresses), uploading multiple contacts with an excel file with duplicity filters and malformed contacts filters, managing groups and group names created, create self alerts ( compose sms and schedule delivery to a fixed group), Multiple Sender ID(we need someone who is familar with the sender id concept of how it is managed by the API in sending messsages, etc), payment gateway integration with real time crediting of the user's account and immediate reflection in the admin panel, Delivery report sync with API from opertor. PULL SMS campaign shall have an API given by the short code provider and the software should be capable of displaying all information received in the same user console like a table - he Keyword, the Short Code, the message and Date/Time. The same user is able to have multiple keywords on multiple short codes.
The Admin panel will show a back end of all the features above with good reporting structure on Sent Messages with History date & time, managing user accounts - quotes, credit limit, overdraft limit, editing user profile, password management, viewing all past credit/debit transactions with the user, delivery erport sync with Operator API, Short Code API, the API's management should be quick and easy where we only have to insert a link(API) for sending SMS, pulling SMS, etc.

The above admin panel is available to our White Label reseller. This shall have a Super Admin (us) which has features above the Admin and can control Debit/Credit, Sender ID Approval, Account Lock, etc. The entire table of features in each console shall be given. Pls note that a reseller can also have a reseller.

We have added another module to the Project.
We need a separate console in the same Admin panel where we will invite Subscribers from India to Sign up, post their details (personal info, mobile number, email, etc) and select a variety of interests they have. They will be subscribing to SMS Alerts pertaining to their interest. There will be 4 separate choices: Alerts, Tips, Jokes, Category4. All 4 of these shall have separate options to choose from. Once the Sign up component is over, we can see the list of subscribers in the admin panel as per any filter.

We can also allot this data to any of our client's accounts to send out messages to the subscriber's by filter.
