I am wanting to build a membership Homes For Sale website where people selling their house can go on and for $4.95 a week list their house on my site which will be called "This House Needs You", www.thishouseneedsyou.com . I bought the domain this morning. It will be designed for "Homes for sale by owner", "Owner Financed Homes", "Realtor Listings", "Time Share Sales", "Rental Listings". I believe there would be a good market for this. Also I want space for Businesses to be able to advertise on this site. Maybe 30-40 positions for this. For the Seller, I want them to sign up as a member and list their house online by using a template that they just click for the specifics for their house. They can do a 1 minute virtual tour of their house and upload 12 pictures, then type in the description for their house, and by selecting buttons they can describe their house, then select what catagory they want to place their ad in. Once they have added the information needed and click enter they are directed to a payment page that lets them select either Credit Card payment or PayPal payment, which will be a reoccuring weekly payment until they go back to their membership ad listing and click "SOLD". By clicking "SOLD it takes them off the reoccuring payment plan and marks the house listing as "SOLD". Then after one week of showing "SOLD", the website automatically takes the listing off. Basically I want to make this site completely self operating. The possible buyers wanting to look at the houses on the market is free. Do you think you can do this and provide me the ability to update the site as needed? Let me know. I would like to get started on this as soon as possible.
