THIS IS A PROJECT FOR THE INDIVIDUAL FREELANCER OR A SMALL TEAM. WE REQUIRE A PROFESSIONAL, EXPERIENCED FREELANCER/SMALL TEAM WITH QUALITY, SATISFACTION AND EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS. YOU MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH.

I have a small to medium project to offer you. In brief, this project will be the completion of an already existing ASP web page that is an “automatic mass email system”. The development of a similar project from your part in the past will be considered as a plus in the selection of the developer that will undertake this project.

The ASP web page already gets from the user a list of thousand emails (e.g. joedoe@mail.com) and codes (e.g. AS343DS4532) of people, saves these data in a MySQL database that is hosted on a web server and sends an HTML email (actually, an email invitation) to each and every person (email address) of the list. All this work is already done and you do not have to do anything. Your work is to solve the problems we are facing in sending massively all these emails (the web server some times drops the connection unexpectedly thus stopping the email sending in the middle, or the proxy server responds with page timeout and stops the email sending, etc).

All of the required “Software Requirements Specification” analysis is already done by me (see attached Microsoft Word 2003 document file) and it describes the domain, the business objects/logic even a full list of the error messages we are getting during the mass email procedure the minimum database fields that are going to be used (I am also a programmer, so I can understand fully the whole development cycle). However, the idea requires a full briefing for explanation.
