Description
KLAS Products is an ad specialties company. We imprint logos on pens, magnets, shirts, hats, and labels
Project Timeline: 1 Month
Media Temple is hosting the site. Our site will be using Magento E Commerce Solutions/shopping cart
Job Includes:
1. Taking XML data stream from Sage Technologies and converting it to a .csv file/excel format for KLAS to eliminate/manipulate product data
2. Taking the data and uploading it to the shopping cart
- Add Price breakdown for apparel quantities (tags and promotional products price breaks are ok)
Example: 6-13; 14-36; 37-72, 73-144; 145+ Call KLAS For Special Pricing
- Add Set Up Charges
- Additional Colors of Imprint
- See pages attached for the "shopping cart" checkout (questions for client)
- Break down apparel into brand categories (these will be provided on excel sheet)
3. Uploading necessary images for site (ie: product images, site images, product logos etc)
4. Features That are included are as follows:
-Sitemap
-Search
-General Pages: Contact KLAS, Home, KLAS Testimonials, Company Stores, Labels 411, Terms & Conditions, Art Requirements, PMS Color Chart (.pdf will be provided), About KLAS, 15 Minute Quote, Catalog Request, Can't Find It?
5. Design front page (general layout provided)
6. KLAS has provided most of the categories/subcategories are added on the site, along with the "general pages" content. These will need to be typeset and put in the proper location on the pages.
7. Add "LIVE CHAT" to the site
8. 3 "Pop Ups" ( in the categories: promotional products, labels, tags)
9. Credit Cards will NOT be processed in Real Time.
10. Keywords added to site/help for optimization. Kristin can help with keywords
11. Set up pages with Google/Add account to pages
12. Add blof into site
13. Approx 3000 products & 4 main categories
(all categories and sub categories already up on the site.
