Description
I need the bidder to create a website very similar to www.auctionaire.co.uk just the low bid part not the high bid.

I want the auction to end when a set number of bids have been made and then all participants to be emailed with the lowest unique bid and who that winner is - there username.

I want to be easily add auctions similar to the style of adding auctions on ebay - i am not very good with html coding.

I do not want any time wasters i want people who can actually carry out this job.
