Description
I want a website similar to Fotolog.com (design and development in php), where users can upload pics (as many as they want) and be commented by any registered user.
Users can easily choose which fotolog to see, based on country, gender, region, most visited, newest, etc.
The design must be clean, fast and professional and the development must assure that the site is scalable, in various languages (using vars to translate it) and making an extensive use of Ajax for faster loads.
