like scribd.com but simpiler. People are allowed to upload docs. Non Registered Users are allowed to look through and search. Registered users are allowed to upload, share, comment, flag, like, dislike. Design is all done. I just need it to be programmed. Want it super smooth. Like This: http://www.scribd.com/explore
