I need the following:
1. Log in Section for admin to access orders, customers, etc
2. Order status section, for customers that place orders to check the status of the order.
3. An invitation page for customer to invite friends and colleagues to the site. An example is http://www.getacoder.com/users/onuserinfo.php

I need a lot of custom made forms to be created. I represent a lawyer and we do document processing and filing. The staff should be able to add more forms and update the site. I need customers to choose a service and answer a few questions about the service and also enter their contact information. Also, once a customer has selected a service with the listed fee he should enter his credit card information. On filling the required information for the service, he would authorize the billing. I need the same categories as www.LegalZoom.com and www.Legalcpu.com, and a visit of the sites will give you an idea of what I want. But please don’t copy their sites. (I want it to look different).

Its very simple I need the same website like legalzoom.com or legalcpu.com ; BUT PLEASE DON’T CLONE THEIR SITES. I WANT MINE TO LOOK DIFFERENT. THE CATEGORIES ARE THE SAME AND THE FORMS ARE HE SAME, BUT THE APPEARANCE HAS TO BE DIFFERENT.

I would want it uploaded by the developer and also I would want a copy on a CD or any good storage as a backup.
