Description
looking for a electronic designer who can help design a tri-color LED sign.. the unit will consist of modular LED arrays with panel controlers to be able to be intergrated into a larger array of 10' x 6' combined panels.. Panels may be up to 14\"x17\" in size and contain the maximum amount of 3color LEDS and controlers needed to fit on that size panel.. Ultimate goal is to send MPEG video wireless to this sign from distances of 100' with custom wireless transmiter and custom software.
Designer must be familar with PCB layout and have had experience with microcontrollers.. If you have any ideas or concepts to add to this .. I am willing to listen. PCB's can be produced here and prototypes sent back to the designers Country of choice...

i had another group start this project 2 years ago and they vanished ...i have the work they did so far and am willing to provide it to see if someone can continue on with it and finish it

this is a serious job!!! I do not need coders who do web sites!! your wasting both our time.. I need somebody who has knowledge in microcontroller design and coding and can continue on with this job .. It was started by a group called HLAYER from Russia area .. I would prefer to find some of the original people who worked on this job as i know it was contracted out by this company who is no longer in business.. if you can follow along with the PCB's and design up to date and understand what they started to do (and i know what this design is all about) i can guarentte you will get the job .. I will provide upon request the files i have to be studied and explained back to me what they think is going on so i will see what type of knowledge you have .. Thanks!!
