Description
We are looking to develop an e=leave system that can be used by a number of our clients, where we manage their employees leave. Although all clients will be on the same server we need to be able to change the basic colours of the system to fit in with each client, change wording to reflect the client as well as have their logos on the site. This customisation needs to be easily done by inputting key words into a template.

The E-leave system needs to be able to identify public holidays in the location of the client and then allow each employee to input the time they wish to take off and the type of leave they are applying for.

Once leave is applied for an e-mail needs to go to the approver who responds by e-mail. The approver should be able to see all leave taken by employees reporting to him/her in a notification if leave is at the same time and a graphic calender for the week, month or year.

The system needs to be able to report current leave babalances at any point in time, allow for differing carry forward of leave policies and be able to start a leave year at any point, as some of our clients start in January while others may have a March to Feb leave year.

The system should be able to provide basic reporting on individuals, departments and company leave tpye and balance.

We have used a system called justlogin so are looking for something simalar but with a bit more functionality, see www.justlogin.com to see what they have.
