Description
I want someone familiar with JSP to do some modifications on an already developed site. The tasks are not big and shouldn't take much time for an experienced person. The time frame for completing all this is 5 days.

Please see the below task list:

1. An additional country field has been added in the form. The form data filled by user already goes into the database. All you have to do is to change the SQL insert query so that this country field data also gets stored in the database.

2. Currently, a short email consisting of the test-taker’s score and brief description of the score results is sent to the test-taker immediately after the test is taken. This email should be expanded to offer, for a fee of $10, a detailed four to six-page personalized analysis based on the individual’s responses to questions in the survey. The programming for this report has already been written and is made available on a Word doc. The Word letter takes information about questions answered on the test, and generates paragraphs specifically addressing the strengths or weaknesses revealed in the survey. This Word letter is downloadable from the admin panel. At present it is not available to the test-taker.

3. Along with the current email sent to the test taker would be an invitation and a button that would lead to a payment area on the MPD website which, when completed, would send the below-pictured four to six-page analysis via email. The payment function could be done with PayPal.

4. A button (already designed) will be placed on other websites, so that test-takers who press the button can be taken to the sign-up test page. While they are taken there, a code of five characters will be passed to the test page so that when they sign up as members, this code will be associated with their user profile.

The plan will be to give a button for various Archdioceses to put on their websites, so that when test-takers go on their websites, they can click on the button to go to the test. Example: On a website for the Archdiocese of Chicago there will be a button that passes a code of CHICA for Chicago, and another website, for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, has a code of PHILA for that city. Then we know which test-takers came from the Chicago Archdiocese, and which from Philadelphia.

5. Right now if certain code is typed into the browser window, beginning with http://www.sitename.com/prepareOptions.do..., he can have complete access into the administrator’s control panel. Part of this code is revealed on the source code pages of MPD clients. This code needs to be better encoded.

6. Make sure the access for data download works consistently. This function has had problems in the past but seems to be working now.
