Description
I need a Java object that receives a filename as parameter and returns an array of strings.

The file is a partial HTML page and there are 2 different but very similar types of pages to do with each about 25 items to extract. Attached is an example of a file. You will get about 20 files of each that are representative and can be used for testing.
