Description
This project is for an IM messaging system. Jabber client messenger able to communicate with Public IM's - Yahoo!, MSN, AOL, ICQ and Google talk.
We would prefer to work with a firm who has already worked on a very similar project. There will be one server-side system install and multiple client-side components - each associated with a singular site (banner ads derived from that particular site, along with logos, title and gallery links, etc.).
System must be powerful enough to handle 100,000 connections (and be expandable). And system must work efficiently so it doesn't waste/drain server resources. No server crashes.
the messenger must be for MAC, Windows, LINUX

Conferencing - Can creates and invites contacts to group for text conferences

Offline Messaging Delivery - Send offline messages to contacts
Search- Search members in the messaging networks
Typing Indicator - Display indication when contact is responding
File Transfer - Members can transfer file to each other
URL Transfer - URL pushing enabled
Friend management - Add friend, delete friend, change nickname
Group management - Create group, rename group, delete group, move friends from one group to another
