Description
The purpose of the this website is for the secure online ordering of a parcel and packaging delivery service across the UK, first phase will be at a national level within the UK only and other services to follow so I will need the facility to expand?

We have purchased a web hosting & a domain name already with http://www.webaid4u.com/shared.php . This is compatible with PHP / MYSQL, we would prefer if you could utilise this as it has already been paid for as it was recommended by the web designer we were going to use but they could not facilitate my time frame for the site to become live.

The web space I have available is 1,500MB and 20GB bandwidth.

When you open up IROC UK THEY WILL BE SOME MORE HEADINGS WHICH WILL BE: AS FOLLOWS: IROC PARCELS UK, IROC PALLETS UK, IROC SAMEDAY,

But for now all I need working A.S.A.P is IROC PARCELS UK when this is selected the customer will need to fill in all the fields in order to progress these will be as follows:

Collection date : the only collection dates will be Monday- Friday excluding bank holidays collection will only be able to done at the earliest the next day after the order is booked in !

Collection Address in full: can you look at the software which allows the user to just put in the post code and the software generates the full address, if you can get this and it is cost effective then this has to have the versatile to be edited by the user if the software doesn’t recognise the postcode?

The price of next day delivery to be charged is £15.00 + vat per parcel up to 30 kg UK mainland only

So the above needs to be able to recognise post codes which are out of the UK mainland zone i.e. Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Northern & Southern Ireland, etc these will fall into a different pricing structure which will be specific to each destination a list of the post codes for each surcharge area can be provided by myself. With the price structure.

Next fields will be for the parcels and will be as followed:

Number of parcels sending: I want the versatility to be able to offer discounts on multiple parcels going to the same destination address I want be able to do this at my leisure so I can do special offers during the year.

Then the parcels dimensions need to be put in as follows, Length Height, Width

Please note the following

Non conveyable items are those that exceed one or all the following dimensions or weight:

(Length :100 cm Height : 70cm Width 70cm Weight 30.kg )

If any one of the above are exceed then a surcharge of £ 20.00 will be applied this will give you up to 60kg in weight if it exceeds 60kg then a further £15.00 surcharge will be applied. We will not take any one parcel that exceeds 90kg

When the dimensions of the parcel are put in a formula needs to be used which Is length * Height * Width divided by 4000 this will give the cubed weight and the default must be set so it accepts which ever is the heaviest actual weight or cubed weight and then price accordingly.

When the above fields are filled in the user will have the option of purchasing extra insurance the standard insurance is £10.00 per kg maximum of £250.00 per parcel to purchase extra insurance will be 2 percent of the purchase value of the goods. They are exclusions on the insurance offered access to this to be able to see the full terms & conditions of insurance can be obtained clicking on to it or accept in order to move on.

Then also full terms & conditions of carriage needs to be accepted in order to carry on also can be viewed if desired

Next will be the payment on my other sites I use ECI, Electronic Commerce international, you can contact them at : 800-836-9406 or support@eci-corp.com ?

Once this is processed I will need all the collection and delivery details to be sent by email ? With my ANC account number which will only be seen by ANC not the customer to ANC I will give you an email address if you think this is the best way of sending it. Would it be also possible to set it up so that once ANC receives the order from my customer it will have the email address of my customer and myself so that when ANC process the order at there end and allocate a tracking number for the consignment it will be automatically be sent to both my customer and myself again without my ANC account details so we both have a tracking number?



For IROC INTERNATIONAL it needs to work in the same way in which the IROC PARCELS UK dose, but when you click on it the sub headings will be IROC INTERNATIONAL PARCELS

For now the only ones I am concerned about are IROC INTERNATIONAL PARCELS &

As I mentioned the parcels will work in the same way as the UK ones do accept all correspondence will be sent to Air Direct for International deliveries. Also at the moment I have all the contents accept Africa at the moment as I am waiting for the details, then from contents to countries from countries to cities to all of the rest. Each location will have its own price structure and will have to incorporate the cubed weight formula like the UK accept be divided by 6000. All locations will be subject to 7 percent fuel surcharge and all countries within the EU will be subject to VAT. All countries outside the EU will require documentation if it is business to business then a copy of the sales invoice will do as long as it has all the senders information i.e. company name, address reg. no and like wise for the receiver. If it is private the letter explaining the contacts and the fact that you are not in business nor the receiver. I have enclosed an attachment with the formulas for the destinations.

IROC INTERNATIONAL DOCUMENTS

Will be the same as above accept the document can not exceed the weight of 10kg nor can it have any commercial value if any of these are exceeded or are met then the document will be defined as a parcel by default with all the price implications. Everything else should work in the same way as the UK accept the information will go to a different address.

IROC TRACK AND TRACE

The above two will just have two fields which the customer will have to put in the tracking number and there email address once this is done this will by a email will be sent to ANC or Air Direct which will have a message asking for proof of delivery or asking were there parcel is, on this tracking number, they will then either send a attachment of the pod to the customer or they will inform the customer if they is a problem or a delay? The information will then be sent back to the customer.

The above will have the following fields which will have to be filled in full.

Goods Value: all receipts to be scanned and attached to email.

Circumstance of claim goods damaged missing etc

Once all the relevant fields are filled in this information will then be sent to ANC or Air Direct which they will process and they will inform my customer by email if they have a valid claim if they do then I will credit the money to them if not then they will not be able to pursue a claim.

Also I would like to have the versatility to have perhaps a account area
were specific customers will gain access to the website were the rates will
be different the formula will be the same but the price will be different
when they pay online. Also I would like the same versatility as I just
mentioned for account customers with terms who will order online the order
will be processed without a payment being taken but a record been kept of
the customers usage so they can be invoiced at a later date depending what
terms have been given to them i.e. 30 week end 30 day month end 60 day month
end? So basically each one of these customers will have to have their very
own unique password to give them their very own rate.

What is important to me at the moment is for IROC to have a web presence
before the Christmas run up if that is just the national parcel service then
so be it.

In regards to logos I have a friend who has done the logos for me.
