Description
Description: Looking for an experienced Obj-C /Objective-C coder (Cocoa / Cocoa Touch framework) to develop an iPhone application using the iPhone SDK.

Project: To develop an iPhone application that accesses and query proprietary on-line consumer/user accounts via an API and allowing user to import data into contacts.

The software program will connect remotely to an API service. Communication is performed via HTTP GET using a RESTful interface. Responses are XML.

The application will utilize the phone's call history database. When the application is opened, it will display slightly "revised" call history. The user may select a phone number by pressing a button to the right of the phone number (blue/circle/arrow). This will log the user into a database and retrieve information, (name/address) and give the user an option to import the information back into the contact database (import yes/no). If "yes", then it will import the information back to the contacts.

Additionally, there will be a form or "text box" on the "revised" call history near the bottom of the 1st screen where the user may manually input a phone number and select the retrieve button (same as above). This will also look up the number and give the user an option to import or not.

The API application allows the consumer to interface with the Company’s database to access and view residential, business, and government listings (the “Data”). The API in the application allows "The iPhone Application" to access and query the Data, and (ii) display the Data to consumers for their own personal use.

In other words, you will develop an application for the iPhone that is designed to access and query the Data solely via the API. And give the user the option to import the Date into their iPhone's contacts.

Must adhere to deadlines. This project upon completion will be owned by us with 100% rights , code and copyrights and be a "Work For Hire"
