Description
I need someone to develop a Desktop Invoice/Customer/Product Manager application with at least the following features:
- Client Manager (ability to manually add and to import/export from and to excel - unlimited number of clients)
- Product Manager (ability to individually add and to import/export from and to excel to a pre-defined category - unlimited number of products)
- Invoice Manager (template driven with the ability to add & modify designs, upload logo, etc.) a) Allow and track Sales b) Allow and track Returns (giving credit to the proper client automatically for present or future purchases) c) Ability to export sales and returns to excel for input to accounting program
- Reporting capabilities (with date filter and preview capabilities): a) Sales Summary Detail (detaling subtotals, tax, shipping, payments) b) Sales by Client c) Sales by Category d) Returns (by client and in general by category) e) Payments History f) Client List g) Client History (purchases by client) h) Items List (by category) i) Print or Re-Print Invoices
INVOICE LAYOUT: I need to be able to upload a logo. I need the following fields in the product manager area (for import/export from and to excel): -------------------------------------------------- CATEGORY | ITEM NO. | COLOR | SIZE | PRICE -------------------------------------------------- 'Category" should be first pre-defined in a separate window, then when importing or individually adding products the program should prompt for the category to add/upload new products under.
Next to the Invoice date, I need an expiration date field, this should be set through the program settings window. The expiration date represents the dateline for clients to return merchandise.
I need the following columns within the invoice: ------------------------------------------------------------------- CATEGORY | ITEM # | COLOR | SIZE | PRICE | QTY | TOTAL -------------------------------------------------------------------
I need the following fields at the bottom of the invoice: -------------------- SUB-TOTAL: -------------------- DEPOSIT: -------------------- SUB-TOTAL: -------------------- DISCOUNT (%): -------------------- TAX (%): -------------------- SHIPPING: -------------------- TOTAL: -------------------- PAYMENT: -------------------- BALANCE: -------------------
Ability to enter a promotional message (at the bottom of the invoice) to inform my clients of new products with the ability to upload a picture or banner.
A multi-language feature, since I need it in Spanish, I would be able to translate all the proper fields from the "English Language" file into Spanish. Coder is only responsible for English file.
User/Pasword protected.
The program should keep record of users activities and monitor activity from the reporting area with administrator rights.
Network capabilities, two different users will be using it from at least two different computers at the same time.
The application will have my company name, logo and links to my website and will be provided with a professional installer.
30 day Trial Version with the ability to unlock trial limitation upon purchase. Key registration generator needed.
