Hi There,
Please read NB at the buttom.
I need a professional invoice system in Excel;
In attached Excel file you222ll see an example of an invoice I use today.
I should be able to do some of following points;
- I should be able to list my customers (by country), choose/click, so that 221invoice to222 and 221delivery address222 automatically enters the invoice.
- Doing a new invoice, it should automatically generate a new invoice number & date.
- I have many different sales persons who are selling on commission basis, so when Entering or choose Sales ref. name (which you see on attached invoice), it should automatically calculate his / her222s commission.
- I have a sales system, which gives discount to the customer depending on how many pcs/items he buys and further more, there is an additional bonus which is linked to payment terms as well.
- I should be able to choose currency per invoice.
- I should be able to enter my stock levels when new goods arrives and when selling these should be adjusted.
- I should be able to choose / click on the product I222m selling, so that it enters the invoice etc.
I should be able to enter my purchase prices per product and it should calculate my profit.
- In addition; I have various percentages, which goes to for example, marketing, losses on debitors, handling etc. etc., all this should be calculated.
I should be able to see;
Total sales per day, week, month etc.
Total sales per sales person.
Total sales per style, colour and design.
Etc. etc. the list is long, and this was just a quick explanation.
