Description
We are only looking for coders with experience in creating inventory control/tracking system. Please submit your demo or sites that you have created before we can assign the job to you. The site should be robust site!!!!
The site purpose is for admin to enter the initial start inventory for each individual items and able to enter orders with require data fields. The database should be enable for sorting, inventory adjustment, search able based on criteria. The site must have secure login for admin and client. It will have 2 separate database. This site will not require payment transaction.
2 main functions: Admin and Client side.
Admin can enter, create,modify, add, delete items and print/download the data as cvs file, and adjust inventory .
Client can on login and access their history of their items, search orders placed using several parameters. Client can only view/print/save the as cvs file.
Admin access will have 5 main category, which user can click on link to take to next page which will have thumbnail and descriptions of the items associate with the category. Here the use can see the current inventory status count. User can click on the individual item to take them to next page where it will also have thumbnail and description. Here, admin will enter 6 require data fields . Admin than can submit and view live up to date data table with all line entry. This will be the main database.
2nd Dababase will be separate from the main database. This entry will be same as previous as above but the 5th category shortcut will take the user to different page with only 4 required data entry. This database will be kept separate from the main.
Graphics: logo of Admin and client will be on all pages and possible of having client\\\'s logo as watermark on all pages also. System hosting is Linux base.

I will only use Escrow for payment. I will keep and own all rights to the script. Payment Terms are:
20% after design approval, another 50% after installation on my server with all features working (I will have 3 days for testing after you install the script), another 20% after receiving full access privileges, the last 10% after receiving a back-up copy of the script (via email or CD), I will put each payment in the escrow accordingly.
