Description
This MUST be made with php and mysql so it web accessable from internet explorer. It will run on my server and you will transfer ownership of the code to me.

This program will be used to inventory items on a per pickup basis. We pickup computer equipment from companies and need a multiuser database to enter the equipment information into. We need to create detailed inventory lists of each piece of equipment picked up. I also need to create a paperwork trail i can give to my customers i get equipment from which gives them this detailed information as well as what i did with it after i was done with it. Each user must be able to login seperately and the program must keep track of who created what pickup or who added what to what pickup.

superuser user
-create, add, delete, edit the pickup #, name, weight and date
-each pickup request will be associated with a pickup #, a company name, a contact #, a contact name, a date it was picked up on, a date it was requested, and date it was finished processing
-able to add and remove different 2 different user types and set up permissions on a per user basis for each record type
-able to search for phrases in all fields in all pickups
-able to print out list of inventory on a pickup
-able to define which fields the technicians can fill in and will be needed for the inventory on a new pickup. some pickups need more information than others.
-ability to add to the finished inventory lists another couple of fields which defines where the item is going to end up - scrap, resale, shredded as well as the sale price and sale date of the item and who bought it and who sold it
-export on a per pickup basis to an excel file
-can do all of the below

pickup requester user
-able to login to a site which looks like it is geared towards them
-able to request a new pickup which would a pickup #, address, contact, company name, and date
-it will email admin (me) new pickup requests
-able to view lists of pickups and equipment contained within pickups they generated


technician login user
-able to access the list of pickups
-able to add, edit or delete inventory items for each pickup
-able to enter 10 sets of records at a time
-each inventory item will need to have these fields- date processed, technician performing work, asset #, asset company, serial #, brand, model, description, type of item, tested, cpu, memory, hd, optical drive, coa
-the program must not loose any data entered in if some error occurs, would rather get debug info and a screen which just displays what was typed, anything but loosing the info is ok
-able to hit a button which says finished and emails admin when it is finished
-able to search for phrases in all fields in all pickups
