Description
Brief summary:
I want to develop a robust, smoothly working internet application/website that will enable users to live video chat with random strangers. The site must have a subscription based pay wall. There will need to be only two options for users to sign up, A.) Beta tester with a valid invitation code OR B.) Monthly Subscription based package.
Site concept:
1.) User logs in
2.) User is able to video chat with random strangers/possible dating prospects
3.) User must be able to filter by AGE/Location/Sex and the corresponding
partner\\\'s/dating-prospects-video will re-calibrate accordingly.
4.) The browser must obviously access the users webcam/microphone/audio, possibly using RTMFP by adobe. I prefer if this can be done in a open source manner. Less attached to commercial companies, the better.
5.) Must be secure with information storage, payment processing etc.
This is a bare-bones, basic coding project/setup BUT, I want to be absolutely clear about all the above mentioned features being implemented EFFICIENTLY & ROBUSTLY. This is absolutely important.
* Prototype: The analyst will create a non-working mockup of all pages/screens in the final software. Creating a prototype makes it easier for the user to visualize the final software, and reduces misunderstandings.
* Requirements Document: The analyst will create a document describing everything the final software will do (other than what is documented in the prototype...if the buyer required one).
Program Type:
* An internet web-site: This software runs on a web server and users will access it using their internet browser.

None of these sites are as efficient as I think they should be...code wise. But worth modeling at a very basic level.
What programming language(s) do you want your website written in?
I don\\\'t know what language (and need the programmer\\\'s assistance to suggest it). I am a C++ programmer and I could only suggest that. BUT, I am obviously biased toward C++. (I also have some JAVA background).
Please feel free to recommend me a language to write this in.

Server hosting environment:
I have a few test-servers, but would like the programmer to recommend.

No. The programmer is responsible for creating their own development and/or qc environment.
Physical installation: Who will perform the physical installation?
The programmer will perform the physical installation, and will be given all necessary permissions to do so.

1) I require complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done (so that I may modify it in the future).
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
2a) Any website server-side deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer\\\'s environment.
2b) All other software (including but not limited to any desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute) must include a software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request (unless specified elsewhere by the Buyer).
3) All deliverables will be considered \\\"work made for hire\\\" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
