We need an AC\DC Voltmeter with LCD . Microprocessor must be ARM7 NPX.
Power itself from the DC under measurement . using 5 volts PS .
Ethernet RJ45 for monitoring purposes
Simple software HTLM based for programming (Vista & XP compatible)
Firmware protected (cant be read by JTAG or other way )
When on first time boot on with Our Name and LOGO.
Default voltage operating system 24 V (default with 192.168.0.1 IP and 255.255.255.0)
If voltage less than 15 then prompt please configure as 12V if more than 35v , please configure as 48v .
Configuration to put it I factory default by client (hardware)
Connection to inverter screw type 18AVG connection ( maximum 15 feet away from the unit)

Grid power led : orange (charging bulk) orange blinking (absorption ) green (floating)(see table BULK and must be only when grid power is present)
Inverter mode led : off (non inverter mode) blinking green (inverter mode)
Power indicator : green ON, red (low battery) orange blinking battery needs charge
Link activity : off ( non activity) green (activity)
2. Momentary button :
3 seconds push (ON\OFF) momentary push (scroll LCD display menu )
3. LCD display 2 line serial interface :
Fist page : Company Name and website (ours)
Second page :first line: (AC IN) second line : AC voltage reading (when grid power is off must show :NO AC INPUT)
Third page : first line (AC out) second line AC voltage reading
Fourth page :first page DC volts , second line DC voltage reading
Fifth page : first page :TCP\IP , second line Ethernet assigned IP
4. Web interface and Admin\ password configurable for logging purposes.(remote)(download/ upload configuration)
5. Remote operating voltage configuration (12, 24 & 48vdc) (check documentation for each )
