Description
Existing MySQL Database on webserver need daily importing of a local flat file.
We need a web based solution to upload the flat file. The secretary without programming experience will login and follow as less step as possible to upload the file.
Existing data on DB must be updated from the flat file and row that dose not exist anymore in the flat file must be removed from the DB. The DB has more column than the flat file!
It's a small project you can use ready to use open source script but must customize it to avoid steps like choosing DB or naming column etc... it will be always the same flat file and same DB.
Work should be delivered in 2 days.
