Description of websites:
The nature of my business is taking domain names I own and
having website built from them for member subjects - EX: [doctors, lawyers, auto dealers, restaurant owners, hotels, modeling, talent, artist, book writers, real estate brokers and agents, etc] -- all offering 5 levels of membership with different costs and benefits -- these memberships offer a portfolio for each member displaying their info on a template of 5 pages -- home -- about us -- information/ about the subject member and their field/ -- gallery of photos [about subject members job or person], -- contact us -- pages..
Their are 3 members types --
1] is the internet searcher who will join at some point to allow them to come back for more info or more searches on the advance search module - search by name--address--state--city--country--amenities--description---zip code-- etc-- member fills out a brief application --gets a user name and password to return to site later. -- ..- all member levels have the ability through their admin section made for them to change--update--delete-- add-- all info--photos--address--phone-- etc
2] the owner member - [doctor, lawyer, etc], will be the joiner that fills a complete very detailed application -- uploads photo--completes all info asked--picks out from 3 example templates the one that looks best for his portfolio picks the level of membership from one of the 5 levels offered and then is taken to a pay cart to pay by credit card and/or pay pal system.. Upon payment the template portfolio picked is coded to fill the pages of the template with the members information--photos--menus--diplomas etc-- from database info place in database upon filling of application online at website -- We review the portfolio that is instantly live by programming and if there is no harmful / info / photos / comments allows the portfolio to stay live if some problem is discovered by me or webmaster than portfolio is suspended till item/s are corrected by member..- all member level have the ability through their admin section made for them to change--update--delete-- add-- all info--photos--address--phone-- etc
3] the advertising member -- [ads that go along with the subject [doctor, lawyer, etc], has 3 levels of membership to choose from and 3 to 5 banner examples to have them make their ad banner in one of those styles and submit it for approval -- their completed banner is then place on default --click on pages member portfolio pages by the admin section for me and webmaster based on the level of membership they choose. -- ..- all member levels have the ability through their admin section made for them to change--update--delete-- add-- all info--photos--address--phone-- etc

2] coding - programming --choice of software --database-- templates ---- operating system is choice of builder as long as these items allow quick uploads - page opening - information, photos, --- default - click on pages quick and complete to enhance a profession website all these items--coding---programming--templates---abilities--features are included in bid price and add no cost to building of project now or later in project..
3] A method to allow all photos to be link to the owner / members portfolio -- that all photos displayed are enlarge x times three -3- when clicked on by searcher / visitors / etc. / to allow a positive complete quality viewing of member photos--these views include the locations -- default pages---click on pages---portfolio pages -- etc--- the upload of the photos and documents, menus, diplomas, awards, etc., will be part of the application and joining steps and members / website owner / advertisers / admin section also..
4] to take the info from buyer / web owner -- submitted on --wordpad -- hand written -- scanned -- example pages -- etc and place them on the constructed page [default--click on], in correct coded--programmed form so upon a potential member ---searcher--advertiser-- etc -- click on this info or placing said answers or info the available view of page is correct and complete..
5] to allow buyer website owner to view the project as its being built on the builders host site so buyer can offer changes--addition info -- deletions --time movement of project -- view provide by a link sent to buyer upon start or short time there after..
6] -- [3] - three different template examples to be submitted to buyer of what the website portfolio for members will look like and contain so the members info--photos--awards--etc will have a professional portfolio displayed on the main website [subject website --doctor--lawyer--models--photographers--etc], said template will consist of no less than the following pages for all members --1] home --2] about us--3] contact us -- 4] [awards, experience, diplomas, etc] -- 5] gallery [photos] page [depending on level of membership there may be more than one gallery page EX: a gallery page will contain no more than 9 photos so a membership level that allows 99 photos will have the 1st few photos spread through the 4 pages before the gallery pages and there after placed on the gallery page so the member with 99 photos allowed will have approx 10 to 11 gallery page total ] -- these portfolio pages on the templates will be coded -- programmed -- to accept the info submitted to the site upon the member joining and filling out the application to join and answering the questions and uploading photos, awards etc submitted upon joining
7] - install of pay pal system for members to pay for membership upon joining or upgrading membership..
8] admin section for -
a] the internet searcher will have the ability to change password, user name, address, email, etc.
b] members / owners / to change - add - delete - replace - revise - etc- their info [ addresses, phone #s, photos, etc],
c] admin section for advertisers to do as above also
d] admin section for buyer / me / web master/ to add, delete, change, update, replace, upload, revise, all text--photos--terms -- costs info -- create list for tracking, expiration dates, start of membership dates, list by countries, states, cities, zip codes, features, styles, amenities, abilities, etc -- ability to email all or selected members with info -coupons--offers--news--etc-- be able to create the default page list and add--delete--change--upload changes to it--
9] all work is subject to the approval of the buyer under these guidelines the pages--coding--programming-- creating -- will be included under the bid price any additions will be an added price said price to be fair and uniform as to the normal of the items to be added -- if builder and buyer do not come to an understanding the builder will not stop the buyer going out side this agreement to have created an additional part of a function or ability to be added to the website before completion if necessary the builder has the choice of taking the created --function, ability, system, from the creator and uploading it to the proper place needed to function or to allow the creator access to add the function, ability, system to the website on the host holding the constructed website. the builder will in no way block or refuse to allow one of these choice on added features if builder has not come to an agreed upon price with buyer prior to this new items construction..
The website testing and uploading error corrections
A] the builder will allow the buyer to use the website live on the builders host site upon completion for [2] two weeks prior to acceptance as complete. the builder will correct all errors --coding--programming-- etc found on website by buyer or builder prior to accepting website as complete. upon acceptance on website completion the builder will do the upload--coding--programming ---etc on the buyers host site to make the website live and allow the buyer to use the website live for the discover of errors --coding--programming associated with the website and the new host of buyer -- for [2] two weeks upon that time or correction of errors the buyer will pay last part of payment for websites completion..
the builder will also guarantee the function of website and error correction for a period of 60 days beyond final payment..Found errors --coding--during that 60 day period will be corrected free if they involve the running of the website if they involve new changes or additions they will be price at fair standard fees for the change or corrections Refusal will get a refusal of future work from buyer and bad referrals in all avenues of referral and info.
Pay terms for website construction
1] first milestone for payment to escrow is the home page completion of construction / design suitable to both the buyer and website builder -- pay amount to escrow to be 15% of project amount.
2]second milestone is completion of all the click on -- default pages -- complete coding and ability to use and all links in tack upon agreement by both buyer and builder 25% of project total will be paid to escrow.
3] third milestone will be the completion of the complete admin sections for -- searchers--members--advertisers--and buyer / webmaster and agreed complete by both buyer and builder the payment to escrow will be 15% of project total paid to escrow .
4] The fourth milestone will be when completed website is agreed by both parties as complete and is live on builders host site and is ready to be used for two weeks live for discovery of errors in coding --programming - links --etc-- upon completion of error corrections and two weeks the payment of 25% will be paid to escrow then the total of 80% of project which is in escrow will be release upon the live transfer of website to the host of buyer live and ready for use for two weeks on buyers host site for error discovery and correction by builder.
5] fifth milestone will be the completion of the two weeks live website on buyers host site and all errors corrected then balance of 20% of project price will be paid direct through escrow to builder and builder will continue to work for 60 days as agreed to correct any future errors / programming / coding discovered during live use on buyers host and the internet..
Project time schedule and agreement
1] Start of project will be no later than 5 days after acceptance of this agreement by both the builder / website builders company / and the buyer / infocoast2coast the company
2] Milestones to be as listed above under payments
3] The payment will be under one of these choices
A] Through the escrow of Getacoder.com
4] the builder / builder company will agree that it / they - have the expertise to build the website and do all the designing, coding, programming, database building, link and create said website directed by this agreement and buyers steps presented. The builder further warrenties that the 60 days after completion will be exercised and done in a professional manner and done with speed as the website will be live and down time with errors will create a financial cost to buyer / infocoast2coast the company.
5] The builder / builder company agrees to supply and transferred - all codes - script - website pages -- logos - text--design - video introduction process-- chat process - email process - payment by pay pal process - all copyright -- trademarks used or created by and in website created by this agreement to the owner of this website --
6] The builder / builder company / -- agrees to sign a non compete agreement before project has completed milestone 2, no payment will be received before this is completed signed and returned to company.
7] No invoice to be sent before each milestone is completed and both parties agree that it is complete.
