We are looking to develop a software program that helps us to manage our establishment.

We have accommodation, bar and restaurant facilities.

The software program will run on the windows platform, specifically XP. And be upgradeable.

To summarize, we need to be able to check in and out guests, run reports on occupancy and conduct an audit. Our stock levels should be recorded and the facility to establish pre-sent stock levels is important. This is a broad brief and I feel we would need to discuss further with the winning bidder.
