Description
We have an existing application in the wealth management area.

It is coded in php and will run on an Apache server running Linux to an Oracle 10g database.

We want to expand the graphical output using the following structures:

1) Wizard to build, modify, save, and print reports.
2) Using page templates that can be modified and stored.
3) Laying tables, charts and graphs on the page template.
4) Storing all selections according to user ID and client ID.
5) Printing high-end, elegant reports to .pdf using PD4ML.
6) Allowing for user modification of colors, fonts, text, etc. and saved to the report and template.
7) Calling database values to populate the tables, graphs, and charts -- all server-side.

The tools to gather data and calculate values is complete as well as the database design.

This project require not only strong php skills in a database environment, but strong visual design abilities.
