Description
We need a google app produced that will be our frame for booking our property reports, colating them, editing them, filing them and be used in conjunction with an ipad app.
It will produce reports that are then sent to client in a pdf form. This google app along with the ipad app is going to enable us to be the industry leader

We are a reporting company that is looking to move over to the google business suite, have an app produced that will enable us book specific reports, each report orientated booking will have to incorporate the client contacts, when booked an automated email for confirmation to the clients also, and at the end of the day generate an email for our staff to action in their calendars, Then this information is able to be synced with a ipad app (after google app is done then the app will be produced separate job). the next step will be what happens when staff has finished the imput of data (photos and wording)in the ipad, the google app must be able to generate a report and edit, there can only be one report per subject that is updated each visit. Once edited the doc is automaticly pdf'ed and send to the client and additional emails if required, then it automated the invoice generation from another app.
This is the project in a nutshell, there will be some added features that we will want in the furture that we will want like client access to booking clerks.
