Description
Our client is a UK Private Limited Company working with third party contractors (consultants, creatives, coders etc). They require two legal generic documents to be produced for them.

1) - Confidentially Agreement to be used before projects are explained in detail to third parties.
2) - Creation / Deployment Contract to include sections for: Requirements, Deliverables, Timescales, Payments, Penalties for not meeting agreed terms and Full Copyright Waver.

It is extremely important to our client that having had the 'Creation / Deployment Contract' counter signed by a third party that they would own (globally for use in all media) the work that the third party contractor produces for them.

These contracts must be able to be used with a third party based anywhere in the world and that the contract is legally binding in accordance with UK law.

Bidders must be qualified to provide legal assistance under UK law.
