Description
I need someone to prepare the necessary legal documents to franchise my business in the State of Utah including the Uniform Franchise Offering Circular tailoring it to fit other states in which I will seek franchising opportunities from. You will also make sure my business is qualified to do business in those states. You will need to also prepare the Franchise Agreement which will be the agreement between me and the franchisees. After this is done I will need help with trademark and trade name protection, employment law and registration, Confidentiality Agreement. You must have previous experience in these areas.
