Description
We are looking to buy custom build, ready made and tested flash software. Flash Software Should be bugfree & well documented.
Should be branded in with our company name, with distribution/resell rights.
Flash Software should be integrated in PHP website with user groups, additional member optional plans, payment solutions (credit card, paypal, moneybookers, google checkout, pay by sms).

1. Develop Flash Player (video) with SIP i IAX2 capable flash phone, SMS Service, Chat (with administration capability) and ability to play rtmp streams.

What is required:

- Flash Player with TV button which opens transparent menu with TV channel buttons (rtmp streams)
Each button should have easy configurable (administration module) RTMP address from which will call Flash stream.

-Flashphone operational from the site (no downloads/installs) - similar to flashphone.ru with h.264 video support.
It needs to be a part of flash player!
After pressing phone button it should show up in right or left side of the player with digits and other buttons (transparent)

Username and Password input (assigned by user management, each website user should already have hidden parameters preconfigured)

- SMS, implement one of SMS providers with backup option for another SMS provider.
SMS service should be capable to send SMS messages trough SMS service provider and each user should be billed (can check balance, can buy credit)

- Chat with public rooms and private chat with other users.

- Possibility to later add more functions and services.
