hey,

we need a highly qualified flash developer to create and replicated application as illustrated in the video in this link http://www.istockphoto.com/file_closeup/object/5126098_3d_disco_hd_loop.php?id=5126098

basically we need this to be an application where it will be placed in the profiles of our members in a social networking website. On the panels with in this link needs to be able fpr a member to upload pictures and videos on those panels. people who visit this application will need to be able to view the entirety of this application from the center/middle of the application. so if i move my mouse to the left i will be able to see the panels that are located to my left and behind me, same goes if i move my mouse to the right.

further details will be provided, a few added little features will be explained but above are the basics and need a qualified programmer to build it and made functional! also quality and speed is the most essentional of this project.. we need this done in two weeks.

winner will start right away.

key points: needs to be expandable, needs to work in a swivel like motion from the center and need the panels or whole mod to look like or close to the link above and if it can be embeddable that would be a plus. every member needs to have one on their profiles.
